Paramount Care of Michigan's Health Insurance Products
Paramount Care of Michigan offers the following affordable health insurance plans for Michigan families. Plans are flexible and offer a wide range of deductibles and co-pays. Some plans allow members to choose their own physician. Prescription, dental, and vision riders are available. Michigan Medicaid benefits are standard.
- HMO plans that focus on a strong doctor-patient relationship with a primary care physician. Preventive care programs and incentives help keep patients well. Members pay a pre-determined, pre-paid amount per member in order to receive basic health care.
- POS plans to give the insured the option to pay at point of service for care outside the plan network. An HMO hybrid plan, the POS allows reimbursement of some costs for out-of-network care. Members do not have to choose how they will receive their care until they need that care.
- PPO plans with the flexibility to choose deductibles and coinsurance. These plans allow greater freedom to select providers. Providers within the network charge discounted rates for their services.
- Supplemental plans to give coverage for vision, dental, pharmacy, and behavioral health care.
