Founded in 1986, Priority Health is a Michigan-based health insurance provider that serves 585,000 members in 49 counties. 12,000 health care providers and 125 hospitals are in the company’s preferred provider network. Products offered include employee benefit plans. Over 8,500 employers in the state offer Priority Health plans. Priority Health Insurance Products
Priority Health offers the following plans: HMO, POS, PPO, EPO, HAS, HRA, Medicaid, MIChild, Medicare, as well as self-funded POS and PPO. Co-pays and deductibles vary depending on the plan. Priority Health does not require patients to file forms. Individual family members may have separate primary care physicians, and may seek a specialist’s care without a referral.
